Front of House Manager
The Front of House Manager will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of service and operations throughout their department. They will work to encourage a positive and uplifting environment for both customers and team members.
Responsibilities, requirements and qualities
- Well versed in the art of customer service
- Positive, friendly & outgoing personality
- Responsible for keeping track of product inventory, rotation and display
- Oversees the quality of products and maintains customer service standards
- Ensures company policies are being met and followed
- Encourages team building
- Evaluate team performance and provide helpful feedback
- Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Weekend availability is required
Part Time Cook
Old Town Bakery is looking for an experienced cook to join our team!
Duties Include
- Preparing sandwiches, quiche, salads, soups & breakfast items
- Making sure all dish components are prepared and stocked
- Planning and executing daily/weekly specials
- General kitchen prep
- Maintaining a clean & tidy station
Requirements Include
- Fun, positive attitude
- Proven ability to multitask
- Previous kitchen experience
- Must be available Fridays/Saturdays
